Is Gilgit-Baltistan autonomous state?

 As a resident of Gilgit-Baltistan, my belief in the state of Pakistan is that I do not consider any neighboring country, including the state of Pakistan, as my enemy.

Oppose interfering in the affairs of Pakistan, China, India, Afghanistan and Central Asian states and conspiring against their human liberties and sovereignty within the geographical boundaries of these countries. I am not a constitutional legal citizen of the state of Pakistan. In the light of the Constitution of Pakistan, International Law and UN Resolutions 1948-49, the region of Ladakh Gilgit-Baltistan is part of the issue of the State of Jammu and Kashmir. However, on November 1, 1947, the military leaders of Gilgit-Baltistan fought a short war against the Dogra rule of Kashmir, first liberating Gilgit and later Baltistan and Ladakh from the Dogra rule of Kashmir. As a result of the invasion of Jammu and Kashmir by the Pakistani tribes on 22 October 1947, the Maharaja of Kashmir temporarily annexed his state to India on 27 October 1947 to save his state. Meanwhile, Colonel Mirza Hassan Khan and the local military leadership of Gilgit, rejecting the Maharaja's accession to India, arrested Ghansara Singh, Governor of Dogra Raj in Gilgit, and on November 1, 1947, announced the formation of an independent republic of Gilgit. Since British agent Major Brown was opposed to the formation of an independent republic of Gilgit, he organized his subordinate kings, ministers and their courtiers against Colonel Hassan Khan and the independent republic of Gilgit to end the independent position of the republic of Gilgit. As a military adviser to Hassan Khan, Chief of Army Staff of the Republic of Gilgit, without informing Colonel Hassan Khan, he immediately sent text messages to his commander in Datta Khel Peshawar and Pakistani Prime Minister Liaquat Ali Khan to send his political agent to Gilgit. Sent Pakistani political agent Patwari Sardar Alam Khan, following the briefing given by Major Brown, initially recognized the interim government of the Republic of Gilgit and began to tarnish the independent position of the Republic of Gilgit with various forgeries which are going through different periods today. Deprived of their human freedom and sovereignty, Gilgit Baltistan is now in front of the world in the form of the unconstitutional state with new counterfeiters.

The rest of the appeals and demands that I have sent to the Secretary-General of the @United Nations through the office of the United Nations Military Observer Group Gilgit, Now i also make the same appeals and demands to the officials of the civil and military establishment of the State of Pakistan.
