Human Rights Commission

 The Human Rights Commission also acts in the best interests of the Pakistani capitalist state.  He speaks of human rights but is unwilling to accept the fact that real human rights are impossible to achieve in the present neoliberal capitalism.  Because capitalism can only continue its exploitation by constantly violating human rights.  They are funded by national and international NGOs and are a product of capitalism.
